Sławomir Kaczor

I am responsible for Lingaro’s associations with our clients in the Financial Services industry. Continuing to forge valuable partnerships in the BI domain with some of the reputed vendors in the industry, is one of my strategic interests. I head Lingaro’s recruiting activities and ensure Lingaro’s delivery capabilities.

I am an experienced Project Manager with over 9 years of experience in complex initiatives for global clients. My project teams always achieved the intended results and generated extremely high customer satisfaction. I graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland. I started my professional career as a System Analyst at Procter & Gamble, where I was responsible for the development and support of reporting systems. Before joining Lingaro, I successfully performed as a Project Manager in Hewlett-Packard, where I was responsible for global BI projects for the Consumer Goods industry. I also possess experience in the Banking industry (PKO BP, Alior Bank); Completed projects include implementation of Data Warehousing and Reporting solutions, as well as transformation of IT departments into Service Oriented Business Units.

Lingaro has been an impressive experience so far and the exponential growth continues to motivate each of us. We were a handful of consultants to start with and have grown organically into a team, with employees growing into bigger roles and responsibilities, and fresh talent joining us at regular intervals.
