I possess 14 years of experience in managing projects and application service delivery for multinational companies. I hold an Executive MBA, obtained in a joint program between the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Technical University of Szczecin. Prior to joining Lingaro, I worked as an Account Delivery Manager at Hewlett-Packard (HP), where I managed a global organization delivering BI and Data Warehousing (BI/DW) projects. I established and managed a BI/DW Center of Excellence providing a global platform for the cooperation of over 800 professionals at HP. I likewise managed the creation of a Software Factory organization in Bratislava, Slovakia. From 1997 to 2003, I worked at Procter and Gamble (P&G) in Poland and Germany, where I was responsible for the implementation of distributor ERP systems and EDI and CRP projects for P&G’s global customers such as Walmart, Carrefour and Makro.

At Lingaro, my focus areas are compliance to quality standards, maintaining high service levels and ensuring customer satisfaction. I devote personal attention to coaching and mentoring Project Managers. Lingaro has been an enriching experience and promises to continue as a trusted provider of highly effective BI solutions.
